Refund & Cancellation Policy — SOWA Bir

Cancellation by Guests

  • 7+ days before check-in: 100% refund
  • 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days / No-show: No refund

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.

Non-refundable Bookings

Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.
This will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

Early Checkout

If a guest checks out before scheduled departure:
No refund will be provided for unused nights.

Modification of Date

  • Date changes allowed once, subject to room availability.
  • Rate difference (if any) must be paid.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be issued through Razorpay only.
Processing time: 7–10 business days depending on the bank.

Cancellation by SOWA Bir

We may cancel a booking due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Maintenance issues

In such cases:
100% refund OR free date rescheduling will be offered.
