These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with SOWA Bir.

Booking Policy

• A booking is confirmed only after payment is received.
• We accept online payments via Razorpay.
• Guests must provide valid government ID at check-in.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 1:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
  (Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and charges.)

House Rules

• No smoking inside rooms
• No loud music after 10 PM
• No illegal activities
• Pure vegetarian food is served
• Guests are responsible for their belongings

Damage to property may result in charges.

Payment Terms

All online payments are handled securely through Razorpay.
Taxes, service charges, or additional fees will be displayed at checkout.

Room Allocation

Room selection is subject to availability. We reserve the right to upgrade or adjust rooms if needed.

Guest Conduct

Guests behaving in a disorderly or unsafe manner may be asked to leave without refund.
